Borneo. C. Kalimantan. Sintang. HPH Km 70, NE of camp
along main logging road and environs. Growing in open
disturbed area.
Lat.: 0° 51' 536" S
Long: 112° 13' 299" E
Habitat Alt. 100 m
Mixed Dipterocarp forest, associates include Shorea,
Hopea, Myristicaceae, Fagaceae. Red Clay soil.
Morphology:
Small tree 8 m tall, 7 cm dbh. Outer bark reddish-brown
rugose, flaking. Leaves light green beneath, primary veins
prominently raised. Young flower green, mature flower
yellow, fragrant.
