Det by Z.A.Goodwin on Aug 07 Belize: Stann Creek District, Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, 1 km south of visitors centre, 30 m off Ben's Bluff Trail, plot 7. 16° 46’ 29.6" N 88° 27° 11.2" W (WGS84) Tropical evergreen, lowland, broadleaf, seasonal forest: Yucatan variant. Sapling dominated forest. Altitude: 100m Steep slope. Granite bedrock with occasional limestone pockets. Tree 20m tall, 2 trunks 18 & 11.2cm dbh. Sample taken from a young shoot near trunk base.
