Mixed Dipterocarp forest, associates include: Shorea,
Dryobalanops, Myrtaceae, Sapotaceae. Red clay soil.
Morphology:
Tree 12 m tall, 11 cm dbh. Outer bark greyish-brown.
mottled, rugose. Inner bark light yellow. Leaves leathery
light green beneath. Mid-rib raised above. Fruit green, shi
receptacle stout, single seed. 7S:
