Elev. 2884 m 27° 10’ 34" N, 98° 44’ 30" E Lithorcarpus, Prunus, Larix, Abies, Picea forest. Epiphytic shrub, 2 m tall. Flower white flushed with pink base inside yellow. Bud pink. Growing above road in open forest.
