Locality: BELIZE: Stann Creek: Cockscomb Wildlife Sanctuary, Ben's Bluff Walk. Growing in lowland forest on a slope, next to a river, in sandy soil. ca 60 m. 16°46'30.3"N, 88°27'15.6"/W. Description: Tree up to 8m in height with clustered apical branches. The sap is blood red, no glands were present on the leaves.
