Locality: Km 60 from Sangai towards Wanariset Sangai in Kayu Mas arboretum. Kab. Kotawaringin Timur, c. 1°29’S 112°31’E. Habitat: Valley bottom. Alt. c 100m Notes: Tree to 8m tall, 15cm dbh. Trunk red- brown as if covered in clay with fine granular or longitudinal striations. Fruit brown with bright orange flesh, edible but sour. Underbark pink wood pale straw.
