Open submontane savanna at base of limestone hill which was heavily wooded. Area very wet with grasses to 1 m in height and tall pines. Area prone to fire. Clay soil and sticky. 17°58'3"N, 88°58'3"W Alt: 411m Trailing creeper growing amongst grasses to 36 cm in height. Stems brown with purple colour to the base of the plant. Light green leaves above and below. Purple colouration to the petiole and leaf mid-vein. Flowers white. Seed pods bright green. Exudes white sticky latex. Scott, Steve M.
