Gongshan Xian, Cikai Zheng. E side of Gaoligong Shan,
along the Danzhu He on the road from Nu Jiang at Danzhu
to the Myanmar border.
Elev. 3400 m 27° 37 34" N, 98° 35° 15" E
Coniferous forest with bamboo and scattered
broad-leaved deciduous trees.
Leaves coppery and whitish beneath. Pedicels red.
Growing in open and also in bamboo thickets.
