Shrub of 14m. Flowering branches terete.
Leaves dull green above, brownish hairy
beneath. Corolla lobes lilac—purpla.
Inner tube yellow which shows through to
make the tube a salmon colour. Anthers
yellow, stigma green, style purplish-green.
Distinctive scent.
