Moss forest; canopy up to 15 m dominated by Clusia sp,
Purdiaea belizensis, Colpothrinax cookii, Euterpe precatoria;
understory of Satyria sp, Cyathea sp, Anthurium verapazense &
Telanthophora sp.
Altitude: ~850m
All tree trunks and fallen logs covered in thick layer of moss,
Hymenophyllaceae & Ericaceae epiphytes; thick spongy leaf
litter; granite bedrock.
Sapling of dominant tree species 3 m, up to 15 m.
