Collecting locality: Belize:Stann Creek:Flour Camp Creek; c. 8.5 Km east of Southern Highway & Georgetown Technical High School along Belize Aquaculture Ltd access road, near start of Flour Camp Creek.
Latitude: 16°36'16''N, Longitude: 88°25'38''W
Habitat: Open oak woodland savanna between gallery forest & sedge marshland. Frequent Quercus oleoides 6-8 m, Byrsonima crassifolia 2-3 m, occasional Pinus caribea 10-12 m, Curatella americana 3 m & rare Acoelorraphe wrightii 2 m. Sandy soil with a thin layer of standing water from recent rain. Site burnt ca. 1 year previously.
Description: Rare low shrub 0.5 m.
