Description: Flowers 7 yellow, no scent, in a truss, horizontal to semi-erect, 40 x 50 mm, tube 25 x 9 x16 mm hairy on inside near base quite glabrous outside, lobes 25 x 16 mm, reflexed to almost horizontal, not or hardly overlapping, disc glabrous, ovary glabrous or nearly so with a few sparse hairs, no scales, style quite glabrous, green, laying on lower side of corolla tube. Stems arranged somewhat irrregularly all round the flowers; anthers and filaments yellow. Leaves markedly sulcate, petiole to 5-10 x 7-9 mm, no groove, blade 120-150 x 40-53 mm. Calyx green glabrous, disc occassionally with one long lobe, pedicels green glabrous, 12-16 x c 2.5 mm.
