Habitat: Canopy ~14 m in an area farmed within the last 30 years, on limestone bedrock.; Vegetation: Disturbed tropical, evergreen, broadleaf, seasonal, lowland forest dominated by Guazuma ulmifolia, Spondias radlkoferi, Piscidia piscipula & Attalea cohune, understory dominated by Attalea cohune saplings & Bactris major var major.
Description: Tree 17 m tall leaning, shiney grey bark with a pale slash that has a sweet scent.
