Habitat: Open woodland / savanna, dominated by Acoelorraphe wrightii and Pinus caribaea.
Description: Creeping herb, possibly perennial. Stems occasionally twining. Leaves of four paired leaflets, petiolules flushed red; leaflets glaucous green with paler midrib and veins, red margins. Older leaflets not red-flushed.
