Buddleja albiflora Hemsl.

Description: Shrub, c. 5 ft. tall. Branchlets quadrangular. Undersides of leaves white. Corolla limb 6 mm across, dull violet-blue, tube deep brownish orange inside, this colour showing through a layer of violet to the outside. Inflorescence rather shortly conical; flowers scent disagreable if smelt strongly.
