Collecting locality: Labadi, along a branch of the Pula He on the road from Gongshan to Kongdang. E side of Gaoligong Shan. E facing 0-10 degree slope.
Latitude: 27° 47' 54'' N, Longitude: 98° 30' 11'' E
Habitat: With scattered Abies and Larix. Growing on steep streamside bank.
Description: Shrub to 6 m tall. Bark rusty orange, exfoliating. Fruit rusty brown tomentose.
