Collecting locality: Danzhu Cun, S side of the Danzhu He ca. 8.5 direct km WSW of Danzhu on the road to the Myanmar border, E side of Gaoligong Shan.
Latitude: 27° 37' 50'' N, Longitude: 98° 38' 42'' E
Habitat: Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest mixed with thicket, disturbed by clearing, dominated by Lithocarpus and Schima. Growing on Lithocarpus tree.
Description: Epiphytic shrub, 2 m tall. Fruit green to brown.
