Habitat: Open savanna near the lagoon, occasionally flooded.
Description: Shrub 3-4ft leathery leaves, big grey lenticels on dark bark, heavily infested with fungus. Leaves estipulate with pointed tip. Inflorescence racemose with bright orange flowers.
