Habitat: Cultivated valley among mountains without grazing animals; cornfield banks and shrubby banks above stream.
Description: A small annual, forming a tuft of dactylate leaves, with small yellow flowers on short stems, buried among the leaves; as the flowers develop stem increases to 8' and flowers rise above the foliage.
