Habitat: Growing in full sun on dry stony terrain; Vegetation: In mixed shrubs with Menziesia multiflora,Sassa kirilensis, Salix sp., Gaultheria adenothrix and Ilex leucoclada.
Description: a shrub to 1.5m and a spread of 1m. With narrow ovate leaves 8cm x 5cm dark green and shiny above, pale green below.
