Habitat: Amongst granite boulders beside road on south side of pass under shrubs including Sorbus setschwanensis
Description: A beautiful plant with sky-blue flowers and heavily white-farinose leaves.
Miscellaneous notes: Seems to resemble P. aerinantha except for the last character, but that species is known from much further north in Gansu. Should perhaps be described as a new subspecies.
