Habitat: Wet open meadow surrounded by broad-leaved evergreen forest. Growing on a wet gentle slope.
Description: Perennial herb from fleshy globose tuber that is greenish inside. Pseudostem verucose. Spathe green with white stipes forming lamella inside. Appendix stipitate and apically tortuous. Female plant.
