Collecting locality: Saudi Arabia:Rugged coral country N.N.E. of Farasan Village.
Habitat: In deep (20ft) cleft in coral. Shady.
Description: Stout erect succulent spike to 30 cm tall with crimson bracts. Clear, almost translucent, orange flowers 1.5 cm wide and 1.5 cm long. No scent.
Miscellaneous notes: Root parasite on either _Commiphora gileadensis_ or _Maerna longifolia_ or _ Salvadora persica_.
